Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and all food service equipment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, taking orders and handling payments accurately.
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and health & safety policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Assist with setting up and clearing down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery during peak times.
