Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various operational systems to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with operations managers and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Present complex data findings and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting and analytical activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of data collection methodologies and analytical tools.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and technologies through data analysis and impact assessment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an operations-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting insights.
