Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable processes to improve product development, launch, and iteration cycles.
- Act as a central point of contact for product-related operational inquiries and issues across internal teams.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, providing insights and recommendations for product performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage product documentation, release notes, and internal communication strategies for new features and updates.
- Facilitate go-to-market readiness for new products and features, coordinating efforts between product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement product operations tools and technologies to enhance team productivity.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Support beta programs, pilots, and early adopter initiatives to validate product hypotheses and gather critical input.
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar operational role within a tech company.
- Proven ability to define, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with product management and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Productboard).
