Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately check incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and warehouse areas, ensuring cleanliness and optimal space utilization.
- Execute inventory counts, reconciliations, and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for dispatch, adhering to strict quality and packing standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and logistics coordinators to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse.
- Assist with periodic stock audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
