Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Support the design team in developing UI elements for our web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Prepare design mock-ups, prototypes, and presentations for internal review.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and user experience best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Perform basic image editing, graphic manipulation, and asset organization.
- Participate in design critiques and team brainstorming sessions, offering creative input.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Sketch.
- Basic understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design projects (academic or personal).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
