Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and update project documentation regularly.
  • Coordinate internal resources and liaise with third-party vendors for efficient project execution.
  • Prepare accurate project status reports and engaging presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of potential project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate team meetings, accurately capture minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Learn, understand, and apply various project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Contribute to maintaining organized and up-to-date project files and documentation.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future improvements.

Required Skills
