Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Accurately record and document inspection results, observations, and data in designated logs and systems.
- Identify and report any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues to the Quality Control Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the collection and preparation of samples for laboratory testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the quality control area and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production team members to understand processes and quality requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of quality control techniques and standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency.
