Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist in the dispensing of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling patient queries and advising on over-the-counter medicines under supervision.
- Manage stock, including receiving, storing, and rotating products, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Process sales and handle cash transactions accurately using the pharmacy's POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare medication labels and maintain patient records with strict confidentiality.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Comply with all pharmacy procedures, policies, and ethical guidelines.
