Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
- Diagnose plumbing problems, assess the extent of damage, and provide accurate estimates for repairs or installations.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including checking for leaks, blockages, and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, demonstrating efficient problem-solving under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical issues clearly and offering suitable solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and tools.
- Document work performed, materials used, and hours worked accurately for billing and record-keeping purposes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber, with a minimum of 3 years in a professional capacity.
- Valid plumbing certification or vocational training certificate from a recognized institution.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting various plumbing issues.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as local plumbing codes.

- Valid Kenyan driver's license with a clean driving record.
