You will work closely with development and operations teams to foster a culture of automation, reliability, and scalability across our cloud infrastructure.

Your primary mission will be to enhance our deployment strategies, improve system monitoring, and ensure our infrastructure can scale efficiently to meet growing demands. This involves leveraging modern DevOps tools and practices, advocating for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and continuously optimizing our development and production environments. We are looking for an individual who is not only proficient in technical implementation but also possesses strong problem-solving skills, can anticipate future needs, and proactively identifies areas for improvement. You will be a key player in ensuring our applications are highly available, performant, and secure, from development to production. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fully remote setup.

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Terraform or Ansible.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security across all environments, implementing robust alerting and logging solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment, troubleshooting, and incident response processes.
  • Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, Go) to automate routine tasks and enhance system reliability.
  • Champion DevOps best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience with database administration and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of network security and best practices.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
  • Prior experience working in a fully remote and asynchronous team environment.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses.
  • Flexible remote work environment.
  • Generous paid time off and public holidays.
  • Budget for professional development and online courses.
  • Health and wellness programs.
