Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their requested destinations within Narok County.
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment within the vehicle for all passengers.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required, providing excellent customer service.
- Accurately record trips, fares, and mileage as per company procedures.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
- Ensure timely arrival for passenger pick-ups and manage routes effectively to avoid delays.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely and accurately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Utilize navigation tools and local knowledge to choose the most efficient routes.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Driving License (Class BCE or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year professional driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Narok County roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable driving record with no major accidents or violations.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and use ride-hailing applications.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Good command of English and Swahili.

- Holder of a PSV (Public Service Vehicle) license.
