Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe collection and delivery of packages, documents, and goods across designated routes in Naivasha.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery, tracking information, and any delivery issues.
- Ensure the safety and security of all items entrusted for delivery.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the assigned motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness and report any major mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch team, clients, and customers regarding delivery status or potential delays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.

Required Skills
- Valid Class A / Class F motorcycle driving license (or equivalent for Kenya).
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or delivery driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Naivasha town and its surrounding areas.
- Strong navigational skills and ability to use GPS devices/apps effectively.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility and reliability.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle long hours of riding and package handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate (KCSE or equivalent).
- Familiarity with basic motorcycle maintenance.
