Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit electronic and paper claims to various insurance carriers (e.g., private, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Review and resolve claim rejections, denials, and appeals in a timely and efficient manner.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Generate and analyze billing reports to monitor key performance indicators.
