Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort incoming and outgoing parcels, packages, and mail according to designated routes and categories.
- Load and unload items from delivery vehicles and conveyors, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Scan and track packages using handheld devices, maintaining accurate records of parcel movement.
- Verify package labels and addresses for accuracy, flagging any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed, supporting overall operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills (verbal and written in Portuguese is a plus).
