Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our vibrant team in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This critical role serves as the linchpin of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office and providing essential administrative support across various departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information to callers professionally.

  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Support the finance department with basic invoicing, expense reports, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and quality service.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration or similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
