Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance using various tools and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Perform routine network checks, updates, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal network health and security.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base and future reference.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting).
- Proven experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques (e.g., ping, traceroute, ipconfig).
- Familiarity with various operating systems, primarily Windows and basic Linux command-line knowledge.
- Basic understanding of network security principles and best practices.
