Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements and procedures.
- Utilize handheld scanners or other equipment to locate items and update inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with incoming goods, stock rotation, and dispatch as needed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or potential hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily targets are met.
- Operate pallet trucks or other material handling equipment after receiving appropriate training (where applicable).
- Ensure products are correctly stored and handled to prevent damage.
