Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our vibrant team in Leatherhead. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, providing accurate information or directing to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist recruitment consultants with administrative tasks, including data entry, formatting documents, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Schedule interviews and meetings, managing calendars and sending timely reminders.
  • Prepare and organise recruitment materials, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy and welcoming.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees or contractors.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional office environment by actively participating in team goals and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the recruitment or Human Resources industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive relationships.
  • GCSEs in English and Math (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent vocational qualifications.
