Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and print various types of labels (product, shipping, inventory) accurately using specialized software and printers.
  • Maintain and organize label stock, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations.
  • Perform quality checks on printed labels for legibility, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist with the application of labels to products, packages, or inventory as required.
  • Support inventory management by accurately tracking label usage and reporting discrepancies.
  • Operate and troubleshoot basic labeling equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with warehousing, shipping, and production teams to ensure timely and correct labeling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of labeling systems and operational best practices.
  • Accurately input and update data related to labeling processes in our internal systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
