Key Responsibilities

  • Process, organise, and file public records and documents, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
  • Assist with the retrieval and delivery of requested files and information to authorised personnel in a timely manner.
  • Undertake data entry tasks, updating databases and systems with new information and record changes.
  • Perform quality checks on existing records to ensure completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the digitisation of physical records, including scanning, indexing, and categorising documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding record locations and status, providing polite and professional assistance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of records management processes and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and materials related to records management.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
