Key Responsibilities
- Host live and pre-recorded television programs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct engaging and informative interviews with a diverse range of guests, experts, and public figures.
- Actively research and develop compelling content, story ideas, and discussion topics for broadcasts.
- Write, review, and edit scripts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with producers, directors, technical teams, and other crew members.
- Maintain a consistently polished and professional appearance and on-screen demeanor.
- Actively engage with the audience through social media, call-ins, and other interactive platforms.
- Demonstrate exceptional ad-libbing and improvisational skills during live broadcasts and unexpected situations.
- Stay meticulously informed on current affairs, local and international news, and cultural trends.
- Participate in promotional activities, public appearances, and community outreach events as a representative of the company.

- Exceptional verbal communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
- Strong journalistic ethics, integrity, and a solid understanding of media law.
- Proven ability to perform and thrive under pressure in a live broadcast environment.

- Proficiency in both English and French; Mauritian Creole is a significant advantage.
