Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Process payments efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in setting up and clearing down dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
