Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries using our logistics management software.
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve any logistical issues.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders on status and estimated arrival times.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails and phone calls related to logistics operations.
- Support the logistics team in optimising routes, reducing costs, and improving delivery times.
- Assist in the reconciliation of invoices and expenses related to transportation and warehousing.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies or coordinating inventory transfers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a safe and organised working environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics, administrative, or similar coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and communication.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
