Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, pastries, and light meals, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, serving areas, and customer seating areas.
- Restock display cabinets, fridges, and coffee stations, ensuring attractive presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Operate coffee machines, tills, and other cafe equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Open and close the café as required, following established procedures.
