Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Perform routine and thorough quality checks on products at different stages of production, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and standards.
- Accurately load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products from production lines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area, strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Diligently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specific work instructions.
- Identify and promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality inconsistencies, or potential safety hazards to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and contribute to troubleshooting efforts for machinery as required.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering insights to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum of 1 year) in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrable ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
