Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly and professionally resolving inquiries and complaints.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and organization.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, identify trends, and implement strategic initiatives to increase profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, identifying areas for growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels effectively, conduct accurate stock counts, and implement measures to minimize shrinkage.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and initial training of new team members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in retail sales and team leadership.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in motivating, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
- Competency in operating retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Retail Management or a related business field.

- Current First Aid certification.
