Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain planograms and visual merchandising directives across assigned retail locations.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, faced, and priced according to brand standards and promotional guidelines.
- Set up and tear down promotional displays, signage, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit display quality, product availability, and competitive presence.
- Collaborate effectively with store managers and associates to optimize shelf space and resolve merchandising issues.
- Provide feedback and reports on store conditions, compliance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and organize merchandising tools and materials efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies during store visits.
- Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or out-of-stock situations to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar field.
- Strong visual merchandising and display execution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret planograms accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
