Key Responsibilities

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store, including aisles, restrooms, and counter areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving and storing deliveries, and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve minor complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Perform routine security checks and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management.
