Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance reviews, audits, and investigations of internal policies, procedures, and operational activities.
- Identify, document, and report instances of non-compliance, potential risks, and areas for improvement in existing compliance programs.
- Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., corporate governance, data privacy, financial regulations).
- Develop and recommend corrective actions and preventative measures to mitigate identified compliance risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to implement compliance recommendations and foster a culture of adherence.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate compliance, internal audit, or risk management.
