Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with their daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, or setting up temporary structures.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including tidying up work areas and disposing of waste.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as required.
- Support site supervisors with ad-hoc duties to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.
- Help with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures when needed.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of health and safety principles.

Preferred Qualifications
