Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets related to supply chain operations, including inventory, logistics, procurement, and demand.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in supply chain data to pinpoint areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain health and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales, and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist in the development and implementation of forecasting models to predict demand and optimize inventory planning.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on supply chain performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and supply chain resilience.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues and propose effective corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
