Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activities, theft, or vandalism.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and respond promptly to alarms or suspicious behaviors.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and manage crowd flow efficiently and courteously.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established protocols.
- Conduct thorough searches of individuals and bags as required by event policies.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily logs of activities, observations, and unusual occurrences.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting attendees with directions, information, and resolving minor disputes.

- Collaborate effectively with event organizers, law enforcement, and emergency services personnel.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in security, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate conflicts professionally.
