Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, and process payments accurately.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-resolution whenever possible.
- Manage resort reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations, across various platforms.
- Provide comprehensive concierge services, offering expert recommendations for local dining, attractions, tours, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including mail distribution, answering phones, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Collaborate effectively with other resort departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of resort services, facilities, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Act as an ambassador for the resort and the Port Macquarie region, promoting local culture and experiences.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are consistently presentable and welcoming.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and provide personalized service.
