Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Budget management and financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related)
- Experience in the recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS industry
- Experience with change management principles
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems
