Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Budget management and financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related)
  • Experience in the recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS industry
  • Experience with change management principles
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems
