Key Responsibilities

  • Process, categorise, and file incoming and outgoing documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct regular audits of records to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide timely retrieval of documents and information for various departments upon request.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new record management strategies and technologies.
  • Train staff on proper record-keeping procedures and data handling protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on record management activities and compliance status.

Required Skills
