Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, providing excellent service.
- Operate the till and handle cash, card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor, fitting rooms, and display areas.
- Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are clearly priced.
- Process deliveries, unpack stock, and organise the stockroom.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
