Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks on the production line, including trimming, cutting, deboning, grinding, and packaging meat products.
- Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently, following all company procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering strictly to food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards.
- Sort, grade, and inspect meat products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Follow supervisors' instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Monitor product flow and report any issues or defects to supervision promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cold and potentially wet environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar food production environment.
