Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of spa treatments including various massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body wraps, manicures, and pedicures.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs, preferences, and contraindications, developing personalized treatment plans.
- Provide expert advice on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate retail products to enhance client well-being.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for use.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and protocols within the spa environment.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious team atmosphere, supporting colleagues and participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, new treatments, and product developments through ongoing training and research.
- Actively promote spa services and retail products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach to ensure satisfaction.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent international qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience as a Spa Therapist in a high-end spa or salon setting.
- Proficiency in a wide range of massage techniques, facial treatments, and body therapies.
- Exceptional client care and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to recommend products and services effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene standards.
Preferred Qualifications
