Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying client living areas.
- Offer companionship, engaging clients in conversation, activities, and outings.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social engagements.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role.
