Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive diary management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing conflicts.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and managing correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard.
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Process expenses and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Maintain highly organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with special projects and event planning as required.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
