Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including, but not limited to, facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and lash/brow services.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss treatment options, and provide personalised recommendations.
- Maintain immaculate standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the treatment rooms and common areas.
- Educate clients on aftercare, home maintenance routines, and suitable retail products to enhance their results.
- Actively promote and sell salon products and services, achieving sales targets where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through excellent service.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through continuous professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive working environment.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering a broad range of beauty treatments.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in specialist treatments (e.g., advanced skincare, specific massage techniques, microdermabrasion).
- Experience with salon booking software.
- Proven track record in retail product sales.
