Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and passionate Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic band management team in Mesa, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of artist travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and comfort.
- Develop and manage tour budgets, track expenses, process invoices, and handle per diem distribution.
- Liaise with booking agents, promoters, venues, and vendors to confirm dates, logistics, and technical requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive tour itineraries, advance sheets, and routing schedules for artists and crew.
- Manage equipment logistics, including shipping, storage, and ensuring timely arrival at venues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and touring personnel for day-to-day logistical needs.
- Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during tour planning and execution, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, artists, and all external partners.
- Assist with visa and work permit applications for international touring, where applicable.
- Oversee reconciliation of tour finances post-tour, working with accounting teams.
- Ensure all tour-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tour management or coordination within the music industry.
- Demonstrable proficiency in tour budgeting and financial tracking.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and tour management platforms.
