Key Responsibilities

- Research industry-related topics (e.g., job search trends, HR technology, career development) to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging and SEO-friendly content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, website pages, landing pages, email newsletters, social media updates, and press releases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative briefs, content calendars, and campaign messaging.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy and improve future output.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, recruitment industry news, and best practices.
