Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Career.zycto's marketing and business objectives.
  • Research industry-related topics (e.g., job search trends, HR technology, career development) to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging and SEO-friendly content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, website pages, landing pages, email newsletters, social media updates, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative briefs, content calendars, and campaign messaging.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy and improve future output.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, recruitment industry news, and best practices.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and cohesive content packages.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
