Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
- Erect scaffolding and ladders as needed, ensuring all safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, frames, flooring, trim, and hardware.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns.
- Collaborate with project managers, other tradespeople, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction, proposing effective solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Expertise in using and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools.
- Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations.

Preferred Qualifications
