Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned client accounts.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Meet and exceed individual and team placement targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage pipelines.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and expand client portfolio where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
