Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions with precision.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards and identify any defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Monitor production equipment and machinery, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
