As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition efforts, providing essential administrative and logistical support across the entire hiring lifecycle. From scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence to maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS) and assisting with onboarding documentation, your organizational prowess will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules, including sending invitations, confirming attendance, and ensuring all parties have necessary information (virtual meeting links, candidate resumes).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and process progression.
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various platforms, ensuring adherence to company branding and guidelines.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other pre-onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, references, and background screenings.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing activities, including initial resume screening and database searches.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide data insights to the talent acquisition team.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with remote recruitment tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and recruitment best practices.
  • Previous experience working for a recruitment agency or in-house talent acquisition team with high volume hiring.
