Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced recruiters in identifying potential candidates through various online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
- Conduct initial research to understand job requirements and client needs for specific roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines.
- Craft engaging outreach messages to prospective candidates, introducing opportunities and Career.zycto.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess basic qualifications and align with job specifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and current information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance sourcing techniques and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to refine search strategies and prioritize sourcing efforts.
- Generate reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines to track progress.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
