Are you an innovative DevOps Engineer passionate about building scalable, reliable, and secure systems? In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations, driving our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) strategies, and automating our infrastructure to achieve maximum efficiency and resilience.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines that ensure rapid and reliable software releases, significantly accelerating our development cycles. Your expertise will extend to automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible, ensuring consistency and idempotence across all environments. A critical aspect of this role involves deploying and managing our applications and services on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging cutting-edge containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for optimal performance, elasticity, and resource utilization.
Beyond core automation, you will play a crucial part in monitoring the health and performance of our entire system landscape, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain high availability and disaster recovery capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline software delivery.
- Integrate security best practices into the continuous integration and deployment process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support critical production systems.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
- Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
