Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize legal documents, contracts, and files, ensuring easy retrieval and strict confidentiality.
  • Draft, proofread, and format various legal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members.
  • Maintain and update databases and record-keeping systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with legal research, information gathering, and preparation of case materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, professionally.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support the legal team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a legal or corporate setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
